Circuit Training Join us for 45 minute small group training sessions in our newly renovated 5th floor fitness room. Our personal trainers will design varying circuits incorporating strength, cardio, plyometric, and core conditioning using equipment such as battling ropes, med balls, sand bags, plyo boxes, suspension trainers, kettle bells, and more! Maximize the time you put into your workout by achieving the maximum results in the shortest amount of time through this High Intensity Interval Training!

Drop-ins Welcome:
Try out any of the currently offered classes for just $5 per person, per class for the Winter term! Pay and sign a waiver at the Fitness Center Office during office hours. Payment can be in the form of cash, check, Gold Plus, or credit card (minimum $20 for credit cards).  Drop-in spots are first come first serve, and participants registered for the Group Fitness Program have priority over drop in participants.

Lehigh University Students, Faculty, and Staff, spouses and retirees may participate in any class of your choice simply by paying the appropriate fee and reserving your class days/times via our online scheduler. (*online scheduling is required for all Unlimited Group Exercise pass class participants)
