ERAC is accepting nominations for new members! Nominations must be submitted by Friday, February 24, 2017
The Employee Relations Advisory Committee (ERAC) is strongly committed to a proactive stance in advising the President, through the Vice President for Finance and Administration, on matters of policy and programs pertaining to employee relations.
Ideal ERAC candidates are engaged employees who are interested in advocating for staff across campus and contributing to the campus community in a thoughtful, creative, and positive way. ERAC members should anticipate a monthly commitment of 5 - 10 hours. ERAC members are elected to serve on three-year terms.
ERAC is currently seeking nominations. In order to be nominated, candidates must be at least 75 percent exempt or nonexempt staff and must have completed one full year of service at the University (Employment start date cannot be later than July 1, 2016).
· Nominations must be submitted by Friday, February 24, 2017
· Anonymous nominations will not be accepted
· Individuals may nominate themselves
· Past ERAC members are welcome to serve again

Voting for the nominated representatives will occur in early April by an electronic ballot. New members will be announced at the Lehigh Appreciation dinner on May 9.
