A weekly opportunity to sit together in silent meditation, with some meditation instruction.  Mindfulness has been found to calm stress and anxiety and increase our capacity for compassion.  Suitable for any or no experience.  All are welcome. 

This weekly mindfulness meditation group will offer some brief instruction and teaching in mindfulness meditation practice, followed by a 25-30 minute silent sitting meditation and some walking meditation.  The group is open to all levels of meditation experience, from none to people with a regular practice.  It is not cumulative, so you can come at any time during the semester.
