Fitness on Demand (FOD) We are excited to add an entire virtual class line up to our group fitness program! Our newly renovated 5th Floor is home to our new Fitness on Demand system, featuring a high definition video screen offering popular titles and first-class instructors to deliver some of the hottest group fitness classes. The variety of exciting classes, continuously updated content, and energizing, motivated instructors will keep you coming back for more! Fitness on Demand classes are open to all whenever there is not scheduled programming or training going on in the fifth floor.
Try out any of the currently offered classes for just $10 per person, per class. Pay and sign a waiver at the Fitness Center Office during office hours (Monday-Thursday 12pm-4pm). Payment can be in the form of cash, check, Gold Plus, or credit card (minimum $20 for credit cards). Drop-in spots are first come first serve, and participants registered for the Group Fitness Program have priority over drop in participants.
Lehigh University Students, Faculty, and Staff, spouses and retirees may participate in any class of your choice simply by paying the appropriate fee and reserving your class days/times via our online scheduler. (*online scheduling is required for all Unlimited Group Exercise pass class participants)
