Mindfulness Meditation will be held each Tuesday at 4:15 p.m. in the 3rd floor loft of the Dialogue Center.
Mindfulness Meditation can calm the mind and body, relieve stress and anxiety, bring you into the present, and help develop compassion for self and others. In this teaching, participants will learn the basic techniques and practice of mindfulness meditation.
