Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance-fitness class that combines intervals of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Drop-ins Welcome:
Try out any of the currently offered classes for just $10 per person, per class.  Pay and sign a waiver at the Fitness Center Office during office hours (Monday-Thursday 12pm-4pm). Payment can be in the form of cash, check, Gold Plus, or credit card (minimum $20 for credit cards).  Drop-in spots are first come first serve, and participants registered for the Group Fitness Program have priority over drop in participants.

Lehigh University Students, Faculty, and Staff, spouses and retirees may participate in any class of your choice simply by paying the appropriate fee and reserving your class days/times via our online scheduler. (*online scheduling is required for all Unlimited Group Exercise pass class participants)
