The Lehigh Valley Health Network Center for Mindfulness is excited to add a new addition to its Introduction to Mindfulness classes, focused on the theme of self-compassion.

Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion will take place at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest and will cost $15.

Self-compassion is the practice of offering yourself kindness and care during moments of stress. It is an innate human capacity which many of us have not developed. Self-compassion is an important building block of resilience. In this 90-minute introduction, you will practice mindfulness and explore its connection to self-compassion.
