The Center for Mindfulness invites you to pause and unwind with a FREE mindful yoga class to practice meditation with movement.
Mindful movement is a calming, centering practice combining gentle yoga postures and mindfulness meditation. This inclusive, accessible class emphasizes integrating mind, body, soul and breath within a safe environment. Mindful movement can be a great way to check in with your body and let go of the day's distractions, while moving in a way that can help lower stress, strengthen resilience and boost energy.
