Learn to live in the moment and reduce stress in your life.
Plan to attend this FREE introduction to our mindfulness programs, presented by LVHN Center for Mindfulness staff.
Mindfulness is an innate human capacity to be fully present in our life with an attitude of curiosity. Mindfulness supports joyfulness, mental clarity and resilience. It helps us to bring all our resources to our lives without getting caught up in worry or fear. We teach several forms of meditation, all based upon “mindfulness,” which can be practiced formally by setting aside time in our lives to do so. It also can be applied to all our activities from waking up in the morning to going to sleep at night.
In this interactive and experiential session, you will get a brief overview of what mindfulness is and how it can help you to feel better and to manage stress.
After attending this introduction, you’ll receive information about how to enroll in the eight-week group program.
