Lehigh Valley Health Network is offering a two-hour class for patients with chronic pain. Empowered Relief – train your brain away from pain. Cost is $20.

The class will be held via a Zoom meeting – attendees will be emailed a link to the Zoom class including instructions on logging into this class.
