Menopause is an uncertain time filled with many changes. Knowing the signs and how to handle them can help you navigate these unchartered waters.

Obstetrics and gynecology physician Kristin Friel, MD, will present at 6 p.m. After the presentation, browse our health fair for information about mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, fitness, sexual health, breast health services and more.
